The Dudwadkar Family hails from Mumbai and has been part of the ‘Mumbai Growth Story’ right from its incision post Independence. With their Late Grand Father Shri. Dinkar Sabaji Dudwadkar , being a professional Set Designer Artist painted his way to carve his unique space in the now Sprawling Film Industry then taking its initial baby steps after Independence.
Our Father, Late Shri. Liladhar Dinkar Dudwadkar, chose to make his mark as an Architect for his liking for the Colonial Architecture that was prevalent at that time. He graduated from the LSR College of Architecture that was among the very few Institutions running the course in the Country in spite of the varied challenges. He grew to get well-versed with the dynamics of the Construction Industry then and designed several Projects in the Middle East and Maharashtra. He was a true GANDHIAN who unfortunately never got a chance in his life time to practise what he dearly preached, as he passed away early in life. But being inspired by their Fathers’ philosophy – ‘THE ONLY WAY TO FIND YOURSELF, IS LOSE YOURSELF IN THE SERVICE OF THE NATION’
He imbibed in us the Firm Belief that - We owe it to our country and it is our turn now to give back to this country what it has given us in abundance over all these years.
Asthetica Architects And Interior Designers LLP (AAAID) was founded by Shri. Rasik Liladhar Dudwadkar . Being educated as an Architect from one of the Pioneering Architectural Institute in the country – ‘Rachna Sansad’ that has given India few of the most Renowned Architectural Practises, he founded the Architectural, Interior Designing Firm Urban Design and Town Planning Firm - ‘Asthetica Architects’ in the year 2001. The firm worked on a variety of Architectural & Interior Design Projects in India as Design Architects as well as Liaisoning Architects. ‘Asthetica Architects’ has completed more than 100 nos. Residential Projects in this capacity till date in Maharashtra.
Subsequently, Shri. Rakesh Liladhar Dudwadkar who is also an Architect by Qualification from the Oldest Institution of India - Sir J. J. College of Architecture, joined the Practise. Rakesh came with over 15 years of Experience working with various Architects and Corporate Organisations in leading roles in and around India. AAAID has the Capacity and the Connect to create a value added assets for the Industry specifically Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure and Tourism Sector. It’s strong relationship with the HNI’s, and the Industry champions gives it the required perspective, needed to create the desired results in a Climate Change affected business scenario. AAAID aims to create a sustainable business for all the Organizations and their Affiliates.
